It’s an exciting time to join us: we are shaping the future of mining through digital and automated technologies, embracing new ways of thinking, pioneering innovation, and reinventing how we work. **About the Role.**The Administrator – Field Commercial and Customer Service Support provides administrative and office support to a Site Supervisor, including answering telephone calls, document processing, preparing spreadsheets and presentations, supporting customer service activities, file management, and assisting with other Site Supervisor tasks.**What will you do?**Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route calls as appropriate. Manage email inquiries. Draft meeting minutes. Provide professional and confidential administrative support. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for both internal documentation and customers, as required. Coordinate travel and accommodation, both local and international, when necessary. Coordinate meeting bookings. Support administrative and office management projects when required. Coordinate teleconferences and videoconferences. Manage procurement and maintenance of office, kitchen, and general supplies. Process invoices and goods receipt as applicable. Communicate and coordinate facility requirements and incidents. Assist in organizing activities or events. Perform data entry, including commercial administrative support related to customer cases, claims, contracts, and activities. Support site management of FSSS activities, including ordering processes and blast management. Support administrative activities related to work management.**What do you need?**Secondary / High School Diploma Technical or tertiary qualification in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (not mandatory). 2 years’ experience in administrative roles, office support, or operational support at sites/plants/industrial environments.
