Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch Manager with strong commercial experience and leadership skills to develop and implement commercial plans, acquire and retain customers, and develop sales teams. Leadership, service orientation, and focus on people development We are currently looking for a Branch Manager for the city of Sáenz Peña (Chaco). What challenges will you face in this role? Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial action plans and assigning sales team objectives; providing competitive intelligence to support decision-making and maintain the company’s leadership position; acquiring and retaining customers to increase market share; developing and allocating customer portfolios to the sales team; building and nurturing commercial relationships to better understand our customers and enhance our value proposition — and many more challenges! What are we looking for? Solid commercial experience, including team leadership, preferably with knowledge of intangible product sales. A profile demonstrating strong commercial management and leadership capabilities, service orientation, autonomy, proactivity, people development focus, and excellent communication skills.
