We’re seeking part-time Pickers for our Munro market. What challenges await you? Perform picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders, ensuring the expected service level (timely and accurate order fulfillment, aligned with correct packaging procedures and no unauthorized modifications to orders). Receive and stock merchandise while complying with the company’s safety, hygiene, and organization standards. Record all transactions accurately and promptly in the inventory system. Ensure and verify that the merchandise received matches purchase orders. Ensure and monitor expiration dates and quality of received merchandise (cold chain integrity, damages, etc.). Stock and label products on racks in an organized manner. Suggest improvements to merchandise arrangement to enhance picking productivity. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Identify and communicate potential cost-saving opportunities and keep costs below target. Carry out daily tasks with minimal supervision. Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and demand patterns for each item. Participate in the inventory control process. Participate in the order payment and handover process to riders. What do we expect from you? Experience in restocking roles (merchandise handling, cash handling, or related functions) — desirable.
