PedidosYa Market is the first 100% digital marketplace delivering groceries and household items starting just 10 minutes after order placement, with user experience at the core of business success. It consists of a network of strategically located stores, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. We have opportunities for you! We’re currently hiring part-time Pickers for our Munro market. What challenges await you? Perform order picking (order assembly) and packaging, ensuring the expected service level (timely and accurate order fulfillment, aligned with correct packaging procedures and without modifying orders). Receive and stock merchandise while complying with company standards for safety, hygiene, and organization. Register all transactions accurately and promptly in the inventory system. Ensure and verify that merchandise matches purchase orders. Monitor and control expiration dates and quality of received merchandise (cold chain integrity, damages, etc.). Stock and label products neatly on shelves. Suggest layout improvements to enhance picking productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Identify and communicate potential cost-saving opportunities and keep costs below target. Perform daily tasks with limited supervision. Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and demand patterns for each item. Participate in inventory control processes. Participate in order payment and handover to riders.
