On-site support and incident resolution. Experience working with SLA or any ticketing system for incident management. Experience tracking incidents and understanding metrics/KPIs will be highly valued. Installation and maintenance of institutional applications and commercial software. Hardware configuration and maintenance. Equipment integration within the client's domain.
