Your role will be to manage incoming telephone customer service calls (complaints, inquiries, and service requests), providing comprehensive guidance on diverse topics—including billing, administrative, commercial, and other matters—and escalating cases when appropriate. We value: Availability: Full-time (Mandatory) Prior experience in sales and customer service (preferred, minimum 1 year). University or tertiary students (preferred). Must have: Proficiency in using PCs. Must have: Availability to work onsite in Resistencia.
