Job Summary: We are seeking a Personal Shopper to prepare supermarket orders, conduct virtual customer interactions, and manage payments and deliveries—with an emphasis on quality and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Order preparation via app, following quality standards. 2. Virtual customer contact to inform about missing items and promotions. 3. If you’re interested in becoming a Personal Shopper on our client’s team, challenge yourself and shape your future! WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? - Supermarket order preparation. Orders arrive via the Rappi app; therefore, the personal shopper must prepare each request following defined guidelines and quality objectives. - Virtual customer contact to inform about product shortages, special store promotions, and provide relevant order information (e.g., delivery times, order status, etc.). - Purchase payment using a corporate card. Purchases are paid with the company’s corporate card, and receipts are submitted via the app at the time of purchase. - Order preparation following required standards. - Handover of the completed order to the Rappi merchant. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? - Completed secondary education. - Functional Android mobile phone (mandatory). - No prior employment at or for COTO (mandatory). - Customer service / sales profile (ideally with prior retail experience—non-mandatory). - Food handling certification (mandatory). · WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
