Job description: * Execute sourcing activities in respective spend area within defined KPI boundaries. * Provide inputs for procurement plan. Work proactively with internal clients to identify, forecast and optimise demand and standardize specifications to reduce TCO. * Identify sourcing opportunities, complete category profiles, calculate TCO. * Monitor category trends and initiate market research as needed. * Prepare and execute sourcing events, lead negotiations and execute contracting with supplier. * Develop and manage partnership with internal clients (including efficient cross\-functional collaboration) and relationship with strategic suppliers. * Conduct review of contract performance along with main stakeholder and spending for categories, manage suppliers performance. * Provide strategic sourcing according to procurement plan and within budgets, timescales and standards. * Cooperate with purchasers on strategic sourcing process, provide deep category expertise. * Hand over sourcing results to transaction purchasing team.
