We are looking for two high\-impact Flutter \+ .NET Developers to design, develop, test, and deliver scalable software solutions within a Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You will focus primarily on mobile application development using Flutter and backend services built with C\# and .NET, collaborating closely with the Tech Lead and Product Management while owning features end\-to\-end across both modern and legacy systems. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C\# and modern .NET. * Build and maintain cross\-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart). * Implement and consume REST APIs across backend and mobile components. * Integrate applications with Azure services, databases, and storage solutions. * Work with legacy ASP.NET Web Forms when required. * Contribute to or maintain web interfaces using React and TypeScript when needed. * Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices. * Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, demos, and team ceremonies. * Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and Product Manager to deliver high\-quality solutions. **Requirements** * Strong experience with C\# and .NET Core / .NET 8\.0\. * Solid hands\-on experience with Flutter (Dart) for mobile development. * Experience working with legacy .NET Framework / ASP.NET Web Forms. * Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation. * Solid experience with SQL Server, including SQL and T\-SQL. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure fundamentals, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage. * Hands\-on experience or exposure to Azure Functions or Azure Data Factory. * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a Tech Lead and PM. * Comfortable working across modern and legacy codebases. * Experience working in nearshore or distributed teams is a plus. **Nice to Have** * Experience with React and TypeScript. * Exposure to Bluetooth connectivity. * Prior experience supporting both mobile and web platforms within the same ecosystem. **Benefits** * 100% Remote Work * Flexibility * Growth Opportunities * Learning Opportunities * 10 days Paid Time Off Incentive * Annual Retention Incentive 12% * Monthly Productivity and Learning Incentive 7\.5% Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
