Our vision is bold: a future where buildings run autonomously, so our clients can focus on what matters most.** **Location:** **This position is 100% remote.** **We prioritize candidates based in Mexico, Argentina and Colombia.** **Role Mission** As a Junior Product Owner, you will support the definition and delivery of product improvements by translating business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure problems are well understood and solutions are correctly built. This is a hands\-on, high\-learning role with direct exposure to real product decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Support product discovery by gathering input from Customer Success, Operations, and internal stakeholders. * Help translate problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items. * Maintain and organize the product backlog with guidance from a Senior PO. * Collaborate with Engineering during refinements and sprint planning. * Validate delivered features against requirements and support UAT. * Assist with product documentation, feature explanations, and internal enablement. * Track basic product metrics such as usage, adoption, and recurring issues. **Requirements:** ----------------- * 1 year of experience in Product, Customer Success, Operations, Business Analysis, or similar roles. * Strong analytical and structured thinking. * Clear written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable working with technical and non\-technical teams. * Advanced English (written and spoken).
