You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure problems are well understood and solutions are correctly built. This is a hands\-on, high\-learning role with direct exposure to real product decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Support product discovery by gathering input from Customer Success, Operations, and internal stakeholders. * Help translate problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items. * Maintain and organize the product backlog with guidance from a Senior PO. * Collaborate with Engineering during refinements and sprint planning. * Validate delivered features against requirements and support UAT. * Assist with product documentation, feature explanations, and internal enablement. * Track basic product metrics such as usage, adoption, and recurring issues. **Requirements:** ----------------- * 1 year of experience in Product, Customer Success, Operations, Business Analysis, or similar roles. * Strong analytical and structured thinking. * Clear written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable working with technical and non\-technical teams. * Advanced English (written and spoken).
