The successful candidate must be responsible, organized, possess strong active listening and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team. **Job Responsibilities:** Handling technical inquiries via phone from end users and installers. Handling technical inquiries via email and/or WhatsApp from end users and installers. Testing and verifying faults based on complaints. Providing feedback on data and information supplied by customers. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, plus lunch break. On-site position. **Location:** Mataderos, CABA. Indefinite-term employment contract.
