Senior Supply Analyst - San Antonio De Areco

**Job Details** ------------------------- We are looking for a Senior Supply Analyst to join an important company in the food industry, with a plant located in San Antonio de Areco. We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills, operational judgment, and solid experience in industrial procurement within demanding industrial environments. This is a key role for the continuous operation of production lines, where timely and accurate supply of inputs is critical to avoid downtime and ensure achievement of business objectives. The position requires prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods or high-paced industrial sectors, where logistical or inventory deviations directly impact operations. Main responsibilities: Ensure just-in-time supply of production inputs, focusing on operational continuity of production lines. Define and implement the production procurement strategy (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipt, tracking, and control). Permanently audit inventory levels, preventing stockouts or unnecessary overcosts. Identify bottlenecks and anticipate logistical or supply risk scenarios. Monitor and optimize logistics procedures, ensuring traceability and efficiency. Establish and renegotiate agreements with strategic suppliers. Lead the follow-up and approval of new materials and specifications. Generate management reports, deviation analysis, and operational projections to support decision-making. Coordinate actions with Production, Quality, Administration, and Logistics. University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. (desirable) Minimum of 3 years of experience in production procurement within fast-moving consumer goods companies or demanding industrial sectors. Advanced proficiency in Excel, management systems, and data analysis tools. Comprehensive business vision, foresight, ability to make decisions under pressure, and results orientation. Informal leadership skills, negotiation, effective communication, and teamwork abilities. Experience in industrial SMEs and designing processes from scratch will be valued.
