We are currently seeking an Agricultural Manager to work at our El Orden Estate, located in Santiago del Estero. **Main responsibilities include:** Crop management. Supervise quality, control diseases, insects, and weeds. Coordinate the work of your team. Manage contractors, negotiate rates, and organize their daily tasks. Handle technical and economic field data. Collaborate in defining the planting plan with active participation in the adoption of new technologies.
