Technical/Functional Analysis * Training * Detailed functional design * Documentation and up-to-date maintenance of technical and functional manuals * Development of training materials * Detailed requirements gathering * Post-implementation support Experience in: * Functional/technical analysis and back-office integration design. * Knowledge of integration architectures: REST and SOAP APIs, microservices. * Experience with databases and query optimization (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Teradata, NoSQL); familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and Azure). * Knowledge of integration protocols and formats (JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT). * Experience integrating with web services and authentication (OIDC, Azure AD). Desirable: * Experience integrating financial systems and payment methods. * Knowledge of API Management and cybersecurity applied to integrations. * Experience with automated deployments using pipelines. * Certifications related to integration, architecture, or security.
