### **Description** The main objective of this position is to serve existing customers and prospect new ones in order to obtain purchase orders for pumps, spare parts, and services. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Periodically visit customers to maintain a close and fluid relationship that allows us to preserve the current market share held by the company. * Identify unmet needs in customers and prospects in order to offer suitable technical solutions and competitive proposals. * Analyze customer data sheets and specifications to provide technically compliant offers that enable the sale of our pumps or equipment. * Actively participate in sales management meetings, reporting identified opportunities and proposing possible alternatives to achieve sales. * Attend industry exhibitions and conferences, and assist in managing the booth at events where WDM Pumps participates. * Deliver training sessions to customers on WDM Pumps products, applicable standards, and pumping theory. * Participate in the induction process of Sales Engineers by jointly accompanying them on customer visits. * Review internal sales orders before they are entered into production upon receipt of a customer purchase order. \- Provide technical and commercial support to customers to resolve inquiries and increase the likelihood of sales. \- Ensure compliance with commercial targets, both in billing and contribution.### **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise** Skills: Proficiency in sales and negotiation tools. Knowledge: Intermediate English language skills, basic understanding of customer processes where pumping equipment is used, knowledge of NFPA20 standards, excellent proficiency in computer tools (Outlook, Office), strong comprehension of technical documentation (drawings and diagrams). Experience: Sales experience in fire protection equipment and pumps. Minimum of 5 years in similar roles (pump sales).
