Main Responsibilities: \- Emphasis on coordinating work schedules, delivery dates, and project formalities. (Service start) \- Carry out daily administration and management of assigned projects (delivery time, milestone compliance, time management, etc). \- Determine time, functionality, team, methodology, and project costs. (Resource estimation) \- Define (together with practice managers) the participants from the UO who will support them in the project, aligning capabilities (training requirements) and roles of each collaborator. \- Facilitate relationships with their counterparts (Epidaters team and clients) \- Negotiation, conciliation, and knowledge of client relationship map. \- Determine project scope, required changes or deviations, and intermediate agendas. (Software quality) \- Analyze reports, documentation, and project-related reports to evaluate project progress. \- Identify and enhance opportunities (farming). \- Monitor each phase and milestone of the project, tracking time, costs, quality, and risks. \- Ensure appropriate project closure. \- Monitor management indicators of their projects, integrated into UO results. \- Training and development of the work team (Senior PMs and Development Team), ensuring performance analysis and evaluation. \- Know the client's relationship map in order to facilitate trust, communicate results, and ensure agreed satisfaction levels. \- Understand business processes according to the area of responsibility as well as best practices in that market.
