**Job Details** ------------------------- At Laboratorio Elea, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to work at our offices in Villa de Mayo \- Los Polvorines, from 8\.30 to 17hs. The objective of the position will be to analyze supplier invoicing and issued purchase orders, ensuring accurate accounting registration and compliance with administrative procedures. Main responsibilities Timely recording of supplier vouchers through SAP system and Supplier Portal.Control of internal authorizations and receipt of goods and/or services.Productive Suppliers Control of received quantities and prices. \- Advance payments control.Non-Productive Suppliers Purchase Order validation Amount verification\- Accounting allocation by account and cost center.Reconciliation of supplier current accounts.Monitoring of open items pending resolution with suppliers and other company departments.Maintain fluent communication with internal and external clients. Requirements Requirements Academic Background University graduate or student in Business Administration, Public Accounting or related fields (mandatory)Experience Minimum verifiable previous experience of 2 years in similar roles; experience in productive companies will be a plus.
