**Finance Administrator LATAM****Lloyd’s Register****Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina** **What we’re looking for** We need someone with experience in finance administration or accounts receivable, strong problem\-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately. You should be comfortable preparing reports, collaborating with teams, and handling client queries. **What we offer you** * A purpose\-driven organization that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration. * 6 months, fixed term role **The role** * Take calls/emails from local business team/clients on invoice queries and missing invoices and hand off per standard processes to the correct teams * Act as an **escalation point** for the Lodz AR. * Act as an **escalation point** for the local TMF teams. * Extra focus on key clients. * Work on root cause analysis. * Produce a Weekly Governance report so we can track Working Capital progress **What You Bring:** **Experience in Finance Operations*** Handling invoice\-related queries and routing cases to appropriate teams (AR, TMF, Invoice Resolution). * Troubleshooting missing invoices and providing clear resolution steps. **Escalation Management*** Acting as an escalation point without creating bottlenecks. * Resolving issues when customer response is delayed. **Client Relationship Management*** Serving as a single point of contact for major clients. * Managing recurring invoice issues and maintaining professional communication. **Analytical and Reporting Skills*** Performing root cause analysis on recurring issues. * Preparing governance reports and tracking KPIs. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation). **Core Competencies*** Strong communication skills, including explaining finance concepts to non\-finance stakeholders. * Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. * Proactive, structured approach to problem\-solving. **Preferred*** Familiarity with email prioritization, reconciliation file review, and quick Excel assessments. \#LI\-KC1 \#LI\-Hybrid
