Currently, we are looking for a **Monitoring Coordinator** to join our **Operations team on the afternoon shift**. ✅ **Work Arrangement:** * Location: Palermo, CABA. * Work Modality: On-site * Schedule: 1 PM to 10 PM * Tuesday to Saturday (Days off: Sundays and Mondays) ✅ **Key Challenges:** * Tracking new hires. * Preparing various reports and evaluations related to onboarding. * Initiating action plans according to employee needs to achieve excellence in performance. * Collaborating closely with middle management (direct feedback, proposals, etc.). * Ongoing evaluation of **metrics and KPIs**, focused on continuous improvement. * Proposing improvements to procedures. * Creating and fostering a positive work environment among colleagues. * Identifying and developing future talent. ✅ **What We’re Looking For:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Leadership capability. * Advanced Excel proficiency.
