Strong preference for Microsoft Azure data ecosystem experience We are looking for a skilled **Data Engineer** to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms that support analytics, reporting, and data\-driven decision making. In this role, you will work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data integration, transformation, and accessibility. The ideal candidate has strong experience in building modern cloud\-based data solutions and is comfortable working with large datasets and complex data workflows. Experience with the **Microsoft Azure data ecosystem** is highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** Data Pipeline Development * Design, develop, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT data pipelines * Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources * Optimize data processing workflows for performance and scalability Data Platform \& Storage * Work with cloud\-based data storage solutions to manage large datasets * Maintain and optimize data lakes and data warehouse environments * Ensure data reliability, consistency, and accessibility for analytics teams Data Modeling \& Analytics Support * Develop structured datasets and analytical models to support reporting and BI tools * Assist with the implementation of semantic models and analytical calculations Data Quality \& Performance * Monitor and maintain data quality across pipelines and storage layers * Troubleshoot data issues and improve reliability of data processes * Implement best practices for data governance and documentation **Required Skills \& Experience:** * Commercial experience as a **Data Engineer** or similar role * Strong experience with **SQL and data transformation workflows** * Experience building and maintaining **ETL/ELT pipelines** * Solid understanding of **data modeling concepts and data architecture** * Experience working with cloud\-based data platforms. **Preferred Technology Stack:** Experience with the **Azure Data Stack** is strongly preferred: * **Azure Data Factory** – pipeline orchestration and data integration * **Azure Data Lake** – scalable data storage * **Microsoft Fabric** – modern analytics and data platform * **Tabular Models / DAX** – semantic modeling and analytical calculations. * Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements. **What we offer:** Professional Growth opportunities: * Ambitious goals and interesting projects; * Regular \& transparent performance review and feedback process; * Possibility for both vertical or horizontal growth (in case you want to try a different path).
