Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for Combined Cycle operations, coordinating teams and systems to ensure operational compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise operational tasks and coordinate teams 2. Coordinate the integrated operation of systems and equipment 3. Propose improvements and make decisions in a dynamic environment Central Vuelta de Obligado is currently recruiting and selecting a SHIFT SUPERVISOR for Combined Cycle Operations, ensuring operational compliance according to CAMMESA procedures. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the operational tasks of the assigned team. Coordinate the shift schedule and handovers. Coordinate the integrated operation of systems and equipment. Issue Work Permits in coordination with the Operational Coordination Manager. Report operational, technical, safety, and environmental deviations in real time to the OPERATIONS MANAGER. Operate the power plant in accordance with the company's operational procedures. Propose improvements in response to needs and changing contexts. Requirements: Electrical/Mechanical Engineer and/or Technician and/or related disciplines, with knowledge of thermal power plants. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions, preferably in thermal power plant operations. Experience coordinating work teams. Work Mode: Rotating shift schedule with continuous shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Leadership and team coordination skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Autonomy, accountability, and decision-making capability. Proficiency in using technological tools to perform daily tasks. Requirements:
