We are looking for a **Senior Formula Coordinator R\&D HC UPro** in our business unit **Unilever Professional.** **Background Information:** *Unilever Professional is a business unit focused on developing products for institutional cleaning and hygiene, aiming to support and enhance the operations of hotels, restaurants, laundries, and other institutions by applying all the experience, innovation, and resources of our company to jointly develop customized solutions for the needs of the professional sector.* *We are seeking an experienced R\&D professional with the passion, business vision, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge required to define, shape, and deliver product and service innovations to support our growth plans within the professional channel.* **Main job purpose:** * Technical coordination (development, support, implementation, and execution) of Innovation / Relaunch \& 5S Program projects for Unilever Professional, as well as their activation and advisory in the market for both end-users and distributors. * Key Business partner for Marketing, Sales \& Supply Chain. **Key Accountabilities:** Technical Project leader. The position will be responsible for: * Being a key partner with marketing, sales, and supply chain in defining and creating a disruptive innovation strategy to drive growth in the professional channel. * Coordinating the technical/operational activities for formulation development for validation/implementation of projects/products targeted at the Institutional and Industrial channel within the Home Care category. * Acting as technical representative in internal/external forums (as needed). Training and providing technical support for the execution of activities with various internal clients (trade, sales, customer service) and external clients (distributors/customers). * Close coordination with global and regional Formulation, Processes, and Packaging teams to create a technology roadmap and innovations tailored to the needs of the channel's customers. * Development and review of training materials and product technical sheets for internal and external use by the sales team and/or customers. * Monitoring and evaluation of competitor products, providing a comparative diagnosis versus our product range. * Coordinating and supporting plant trials and sensory/performance testing with customers to ensure product quality and efficiency. * Defining and coordinating laboratory, Pilot Plant, and Industrial-scale tests related to new projects to ensure product stability, quality, and performance. * Generating and defining the strategy for technical support in on\-pack claims communication and media, facilitating interaction and understanding of business/customer needs and/or contexts. * Assisting the regulatory affairs team in the registration of new products (ANMAT\-SENASA). **Required Profile** **Experience and Skills:** * Technical education. Graduated in fields related to Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Pharmacy, or Biochemistry. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in English (oral \& written).
