Develop and train the maintenance team Position: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Santo Tomé, Santa Fe Company: Nestlé Business: Purina Effective Contract FG I Position Purpose: Manage the Maintenance strategy to ensure operational continuity of all production lines by optimizing resources, equipment, costs, and employee development—while ensuring compliance with Safety and Hygiene; Quality; Environmental; and Food Safety standards and practices aligned with job responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Ensure operational continuity of equipment/facilities/vehicles by developing and executing corrective and preventive action plans. * Coordinate tasks and resources required for the operation of all plant operational components, in collaboration with the Maintenance Scheduler. * Define priorities jointly with the Maintenance Scheduler for implementing and sustaining the Factory’s Maintenance strategy. * Manage training of the maintenance team on process equipment, systems, and good practices. * Foster and strengthen a proactive mindset among team members regarding product quality, costs, plant operational efficiency, safety, environmental protection, etc. * Comply with the corporate HR policy stating that interpersonal relationships must be based on mutual trust and respect, non-discrimination, and honesty. * Ensure implementation of the TPM methodology based on the NCE philosophy. Position Requirements: * Advanced student and/or graduate in Mechanical Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering or related fields * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies * Intermediate English * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP * Availability to work rotating shifts
