This profile is designed for a senior position focused on leading and optimizing personnel management within an organization with over 1,000 employees.
**Job Mission**
Ensure comprehensive and efficient management of **Personnel Administration** responsibilities, guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations, accurate payroll processing, and proper handling of relationships with unions and government agencies. Will lead and develop their team, promoting continuous improvement of departmental processes.
**Key Functions and Responsibilities**
* **Payroll Processing:** Supervise and ensure the correct and timely calculation of salaries and wages (for more than 1,000 employees), including social charges, taxes, and benefits.
* **Administrative Management:** Manage the employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to termination. Maintain up-to-date personnel files and documentation.
* **Labor Relations:** Serve as the primary contact with unions (collective bargaining agreements) and regulatory bodies such as AFIP and the Ministry of Labor. Handle conciliations and labor audits.
* **Management Reporting:** Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management, providing data on labor costs, turnover, absenteeism, among others.
* **Team Leadership:** Manage, train, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* **Technology and Processes:** Identify process improvement opportunities and implement technological tools to optimize personnel administration processes.
**Profile Requirements**
* **Education:** Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Minimum of **5 years of progressive experience** in leadership roles in Personnel Administration within large-scale companies (over 1,000 employees). Demonstrable team management experience.
* **Specific Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of Argentine labor legislation (Employment Contract Law, collective agreements), payroll processing (experience with systems such as Bejerman, Nucleus, SAP, etc.), and union relations.
* **Competencies:** Leadership, analytical thinking, results orientation, problem-solving, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
* **Work Schedule:** MONDAY TO THURSDAY from 07\.30 to 16\.30, FRIDAY from 07\.30 to 15\.30\.
