At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 brilliant minds connected across 41 countries, doing what they love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** Mandatory Requirements (Hard): * Experience with Java 8 or higher * Experience with at least one non-relational database (please specify the name) * Experience with microservices * Unit Tests / Integration Tests Mandatory Requirements (Soft): * Ability to ask for help at the right time (e.g., if blocked on a ticket, proactively seek assistance) * Good interpersonal skills and willingness; positive attitude * Agile methodologies Desirable Requirements (Hard): * Experience with Docker * Familiarity with logging platforms (e.g., Kibana, Grafana, New Relic) * Background in financial or banking domains Desirable Requirements (Soft): * Experience in large projects / large teams **Requirements and Qualifications** Location: Pachecho, Buenos Aires .⁣ Work Model: 1 day per week onsite, 4 days remote (until May; starting in May, 2 days per week onsite).⁣ ⁣ ́ í, , ñ⁣ ⁣ Responsibilities:⁣ * Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on Hexagonal Architecture (Ports & Adapters).⁣ * Develop backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+.⁣ * Implement secure microservices using Spring Security and optimize performance with Spring Native.⁣ * Design, implement, and consume REST APIs following best practices.⁣ * Manage MySQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases.⁣ * Configure observability: log flows to OpenSearch and dashboards in Grafana.⁣ * Deploy and scale applications on GCP.⁣ * Collaborate on migrating applications to the new architecture.⁣ * Write clean and maintainable code, prioritizing unit and integration tests.⁣ * Participate in CI/CD processes and agile environments.⁣ * Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize development.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Qualifications (Required):⁣ * More than 4 years of backend development experience.⁣ * Java 17+: In-depth expertise (Virtual Threads, Pattern Matching, Records).⁣ * Spring Boot 3+: Experience in microservices and security.⁣ * Databases: Advanced MySQL and MongoDB.⁣ * Observability: OpenSearch and Grafana.⁣ * Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS/ECS).⁣ * Knowledge of Angular and/or React for frontend support.⁣ * Experience in agile environments and sound engineering practices.⁣ ⁣ , ́ !
