We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst with passion for digital security and eagerness to tackle new challenges. In this role, you will collaborate to protect our systems and critical information, participating in access management, system and network monitoring, Cloud/SaaS environment administration, and security policy compliance—working as part of a team to maintain organizational security. Your key responsibilities: Manage identities and access, ensuring adherence to security principles (IAM) and permission-based roles. Monitor and manage network and perimeter security, including firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation. Oversee and maintain endpoint security, including protection tools, encryption, and device compliance. Administer and secure Cloud environments and SaaS applications, ensuring cloud security best practices. Implement and maintain security policies, processes, and coordination with security vendors. Provide support in security incident detection and response. Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.). Requirements: +3 years of prior experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or in similar roles. Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Entra ID and Google Workspace. Advanced knowledge of FortiGate: firewall rules, VPNs, NAT, segmentation, VLANs, DMZ, and Wi-Fi (mandatory). Understanding of security concepts: principle of least privilege, RBAC, PIM, and PAM. Experience in endpoint security: MDM, Intune, Defender, BitLocker, and device compliance. Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations: SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST. General system and network monitoring capability. Experience in security findings investigation, analysis, and documentation. Benefits — Why Join Cybele?
