Job Summary: We are looking for a senior full-stack developer who can take complete features from end to end — from understanding the customer's problem to deploying it in production — working autonomously and closely aligned with the business. There are no PMs breaking down tickets for you. You’ll work closely with the business, understanding why we build what we build, and making technical decisions autonomously. The team is small, and there’s no time for bureaucracy. If you need three meetings before you start coding, this isn’t the right place for you. Responsibilities* Develop end-to-end features (frontend + backend) with full ownership * Design and implement APIs and integrations with enterprise customer systems * Contribute to system architecture as volume and geographic scope scale * Work directly with product and operations teams to define solutions * Participate in code reviews and maintain codebase quality * Debug production issues.
