




Job Description: We are seeking a technology-passionate professional with experience in infrastructure management, technical support, and coordination with global teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in key initiatives, ensure the proper functioning of critical systems, and serve as the liaison between local operations and international teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Management:** Maintain and update hardware and media inventories for sites in Argentina, performing periodic reconciliations. * **Voice and Network Infrastructure Oversight:** Collaborate with global and regional teams (CISS, GCC, GVO, GVI, PSO) to ensure infrastructure operationality. * **Audits:** Actively participate in internal and external audits (BCRA, IA, KPMG), ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. * **Operational Monitoring:** Daily verification of the 'Scheduled vs Executed' process for FLEX mark EOTI, ensuring successful operational closure. * **COB Testing:** Provide support for Business Continuity Operations testing. * **Local and Global Coordination:** Serve as the liaison between global support teams (voice and network) and local requirements, including physical support at headquarters and branches, as well as spare parts replacement. * **KPI/KRI/SLA Management:** Monitor external vendors’ adherence to key performance metrics. * **Incident Tracking:** Monitor and manage infrastructure-related incidents (INCs) and changes (CHGs) in Argentina. * **Support for New Initiatives:** Participate in local, regional, and global projects, collaborating with teams such as Service Delivery and Engineering (Wintel, VMWare, Storage). * **Media Management:** Destroy tapes and hard drives per established policies, maintaining an up-to-date inventory control. * **Call Center Support:** Provide technical support to the new Call Center serving customers in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. **Candidate Profile:** * Prior experience in technological infrastructure management and technical support. * Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary local and global teams. * Knowledge of operational processes, audits, and regulatory requirements. * Capacity to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain updated inventories. * **Advanced English required!** **What We Offer:** A dynamic environment where you can develop your technical skills, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to initiatives that directly impact the business.
