Job Summary: Technical Procurement Analyst responsible for end-to-end management of technical procurement for fixed fire protection system installation projects, as well as general company procurement. Coordinates with site supervisors and maintenance teams. We are seeking a Technical Procurement Analyst to join a leading company in the safety and hygiene sector located in Martínez. The ideal candidate will comprehensively manage technical procurement related to fixed fire protection system installation projects, along with general company procurement, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and timely supply. Key Responsibilities: Technical Procurement – Fixed Fire Protection System Installation Projects: - Procurement management of materials and services for fixed fire protection systems. - Requesting and analyzing technical and economic quotations. - Coordination with site supervisors and maintenance teams. - Monitoring on-site deliveries and controlling technical deviations. General Procurement: - Procurement management of general supplies and services. - Quotation comparison and supplier negotiation. - Issuance and tracking of purchase orders. - Control of delivery notes, invoices, and supporting documentation. - Maintenance and evaluation of the supplier database. - Stock control Required Technical Knowledge: - Knowledge of fixed fire protection systems. - Familiarity with fixed fire protection system materials and components. - Technical criteria for material selection. - Basic administrative procurement knowledge. Requirements: - Technical education - Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical procurement for construction projects and general procurement. - Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. - ERP system experience.
