To continue positively impacting the lives of even more people, we are looking to add a Management and Data Analyst to work in the Planning and Management Control area of the Swiss Argentine Clinic and Maternity. In this role, you will transform information into insights that help improve processes, anticipate needs, and make better decisions to care for more people. Responsibilities * Optimize the economic and operational sustainability of the clinic network through rigorous management control and advanced data analysis. * Transform billing, cost, and budget workflows into predictive models and automated dashboards that enable real-time identification of deviations. * Standardize processes across centers and ensure efficiency of outsourced services to support evidence-based decision-making. Requirements * Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Engineering, or Data Analytics. * Proficiency with tools: AI applications, Power BI, SQL, programming. * Prior experience in analysis, management, and data reporting.
