Job Summary: We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to lead the visual experience in stores, designing and implementing strategies to transform spaces into brand experiences. Key Highlights: 1. At Juguetería Cebra, we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team and lead the visual experience across our stores in CABA and GBA. If you possess an aesthetic eye, commercial acumen, and passion for transforming spaces into experiences, we want to meet you! Your Role You will be responsible for designing and implementing the visual strategy for our stores, ensuring consistency between brand identity and in-store customer experience. You will maintain constant contact with all stores, serving as the liaison between visual proposals and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the visual merchandising strategy across stores. Design window displays and in-store exhibitions aligned with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes. Establish customer shopping paths and commercial layouts to maximize customer experience. Ensure proper merchandise display and restocking. Effectively translate marketing campaigns into physical retail spaces. Propose continuous improvements to store presentation. Actively collaborate with store, Marketing, and Operations teams. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Visual Merchandising within retail (mandatory). Knowledge of commercial layout and in-store consumer behavior. Proficiency with design tools (Adobe, Figma, or similar). Proactive profile with strong attention to detail and strategic vision. Availability to travel between stores in CABA and GBA.
