We utilize cutting-edge technology with direct support from China to deliver solar solutions across the country. **Job Description** We are looking for a Solar Engineer with proven experience in solar parks and end-to-end management of large-scale photovoltaic projects. If you have led turnkey projects and are familiar with the utility-scale sector, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Lead photovoltaic projects from prospecting through commissioning * Sizing and design of C&I and utility-scale (\>1MW) solar systems * Design using AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope * Technical evaluation of equipment and suppliers (panels, inverters, mounting structures, BESS) * Coordination with construction teams, installers, and regulatory bodies * Verification of local and international regulations (IRAM, IEC, Law 27\.424\) * Technical support to distributors, customers, and installers * Participation in tenders and preparation of technical proposals **Requirements** * Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in photovoltaic projects *(mandatory)* * Demonstrable experience in solar parks or utility-scale projects *(mandatory)* * End-to-end project management experience *(mandatory)* * Proficiency in PVsyst / Helioscope / AutoCAD / Advanced Excel * Technical English — reading proficiency required **What We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Continuous training on products and regulations * Domestic travel for technical support, audits, and site supervision * Role with high autonomy and visibility within the organization * Integration into a team undergoing nationwide expansion **Conditions** * Employment relationship * On-site work — Buenos Aires * Full-time position **How to Apply** Send your CV \+ technical references to **rrhh@soltai.com.ar**, subject line: *"Utility-Scale Solar Engineer — Argentina 2026"* Salary: Starting from $3\.000\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
