Job Mission E-commerce Order Fulfillment Operator to manage digital orders, ensure their accurate preparation, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Order assembly, preparation, and control. Receiving and managing orders from the website, corporate clients, and the Bellaria app via CRM. Customer service, adhering to the company’s internal protocols. Order organization and planning for dispatch or pickup. Order management and tracking. Product promotion and identification of sales opportunities. Requirements Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce, or customer service (mandatory). Proficiency in digital tools and online platforms. Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible profile. Strong communication skills. Planning and organizational ability.
