Leadership, negotiation, and communication experience in late-stage delinquency We are currently looking for a Collections Supervisor to join our team in a major telephone collections operation. Work Location: Microcenter – CABA Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: • Morning shift: 08:00–16:00 • Afternoon shift: 12:00–20:00 (Indicate your availability when applying) Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in collections supervision roles • Experience in collections call centers • Experience managing late-stage delinquency • Proficiency in telephone management systems • Experience handling portfolios from financial institutions, fintechs, digital wallets, and banks • Experience tracking management metrics and target achievement • Strong computer skills and operational reporting capabilities • Proactive, solution-oriented, results-driven profile • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate collections agents • Monitor productivity, recovery performance, and target achievement • Conduct daily operational KPI follow-up • Identify opportunities for process improvement • Train, motivate, and support the team • Prepare management and performance reports Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in high-pressure, high-volume campaigns • Strong leadership and decision-making ability • Focus on meeting recovery metrics and targets • Experience managing operational climate and resolving conflicts If you have collections supervision experience and wish to join a dynamic and challenging environment, we look forward to your application.-Requirements- Minimum Education: High School 2 years of experience
