Job Summary: We are seeking a GRC Operator to prepare and apply cementitious mixtures, operate machinery, and perform molding, demolding, and finishing of precast components, ensuring quality control. Responsibilities -Prepare and apply cementitious mixtures for GRC. -Operate production process machinery and tools. -Perform molding, demolding, and finishing of precast components. -Prepare molds and monitor setting, curing, and storage. -Identify and correct defects in components. -Interpret production orders and technical specifications. -Collaborate in component handling while adhering to safety standards. -Maintain workplace order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality procedures.
