Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Consultant to transform financial clients' business needs into solutions powered by Frame Banking, leading the analysis, definition, and configuration of digital banking processes. Work with international clients on complex implementations. **We are looking for our next Functional Consultant!** Join a leading team on this journey to transform the financial industry—delivering high-value experiences powered by Frame Banking, the next-generation payments platform enabling global customers to launch new transaction-based business models, build transactional ecosystems, and drive efficiencies through a cloud-native approach—with hundreds of use cases for payments and collections. **Your mission:** You will be responsible for understanding and transforming the business needs of our financial sector clients into functional solutions within Frame Banking. Your goal will be to lead the analysis, definition, and configuration of digital banking processes—acting as the bridge between business and technology to ensure successful implementations that deliver real value to our clients. **Your day-to-day at 2Innovate** * Work directly with clients to understand their operational processes, challenges, and business objectives. * Analyze and document functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories. * Configure digital financial services using Frame Banking, ensuring the solution meets client needs. * Act as the liaison between the client’s functional teams and 2Innovate’s technical teams. * Participate in complex implementations across banks and financial institutions in various countries. * Validate with stakeholders that designed processes meet business expectations. * Analyze and document functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories. **What will help you succeed:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science. * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial or digital banking (Core Banking) sector. * Knowledge of process discovery, design, and documentation—preferably traditional methods (effective discovery sessions, flowcharts, etc.) and/or alternative approaches (Design Thinking). **Other key success factors:** * Clear communication, both oral and written. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals. * Adaptability to change and new challenges. * Ability to self-manage in dynamic, multi-project environments. * Capacity to lead and foster collaboration across teams. **What we offer:** * Employment type: Contractor * 20 days of paid time off * A free day on your birthday * Continuous development and training via our online platform * Referral program with incentives * Interaction with international clients * The opportunity to be part of a growing global company facing major challenges and opportunities
