Manage costs and coordinate with procurement and logistics A well-established construction and industrial installation company with over 20 years of experience seeks to hire: ELECTROMECHANICAL INSTALLATION SITE MANAGER Duties: - Organize and coordinate ongoing projects carried out by contractors at industrial facilities. - Schedule and plan specialty-related activities to ensure adherence to the established work plan. - Define and implement supervision methods enabling timely correction of deviations, thereby guaranteeing achievement of planned outcomes. - Supervise compliance with the quality plan as well as safety regulations, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements while safeguarding personnel and assets. - Know and apply procedures of the Integrated Management System. - Maintain proactive behaviors regarding safety and quality. - Supervise work crews. - Coordinate with procurement and logistics for material and tool forecasting. - Design and produce CAD drawings. - Administer costs in accordance with the budget. Requirements: - Experience as a Construction Supervisor. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Ability to interpret drawings. - Material takeoff, site surveying, and budgeting. - Project planning and execution. - Strong communication skills and initiative. - Teamwork ability.
