Extensive proficiency in technologies and software A prominent SME with over 30 years of experience in calibration, maintenance, and supply of instrumentation for measuring physical and chemical contaminants in Occupational Hygiene and Environmental Monitoring seeks an electronic technician for our calibration, maintenance, and repair laboratory dedicated to safeguarding occupational health and the environment (e.g., gas detectors, suspended particulate monitors, sound level meters, luminous intensity meters, air velocity and relative humidity sensors, among others—mostly imported). Applicants must meet the following requirements: Ability to manage, handle, and perform administrative support tasks for technical services, including report writing and telephone support. Experience in design, assembly, fault diagnosis, and repair of low-power electronic circuits; manual soldering skills using tin-based solder; and proficiency in using electrical parameter measurement instruments. Knowledge of digital techniques, microcontroller programming, embedded systems, and PLCs. Proficiency in Protel or Altium software for printed circuit design and AutoCAD. Knowledge of digital communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, HART, and analog voltage/current loops. Proficiency in computer tools and preferably technical English. Basic knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry and physics. Professional appearance, ability to work in teams, and strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel. Preference given to students pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Location: Villa Santa Rita, CABA. Employment type: Indefinite-term contract.
