Optimization of schedules, costs, and construction quality For an important real estate development company in CABA, we are looking for: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Requirements * University graduate (or very close to graduation) in Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably on large-scale projects. * Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. * Personal transportation is a plus. Main Responsibilities * Actively participate in the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of construction projects on site. * Efficiently manage the company's resources assigned to each project, optimizing schedules, costs, and construction quality. * Manage and lead the on-site team under your supervision, implementing necessary work procedures to ensure production performance. * Resolve issues related to construction and site operations as they arise, while ensuring quality of finishing details on site.
