Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations. Lead work teams, promoting goal achievement and high-quality customer service. Manage store opening and closing procedures. Oversee operational, administrative, and commercial branch processes. Monitor budgets, work orders, invoicing, collections, and merchandise orders. Ensure proper functioning of facilities, tools, and work equipment. Manage performance indicators, sales statistics, and goal attainment. Resolve customer complaints and operational incidents, ensuring a positive customer experience. Coordinate and follow up with direct reports, promoting professional development and adherence to internal procedures. Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. · Requirements Proven, substantial experience as a Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor. Experience in high-traffic retail locations selling products and services. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Experience using ERP systems and comprehensive branch management. Problem-solving, dynamic, analytical, and customer-oriented profile. Leadership skills, effective communication, and task follow-up ability. Residency in areas near San Martín or San Isidro is preferred. · Employment Conditions Full-time schedule. 100% on-site work mode. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–7 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM–1 PM.
