Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented Local Coordinator to lead the overall operation of an entertainment center, managing teams and ensuring a safe and enjoyable customer experience. We are currently looking for a Local Coordinator for Zona Aventura, an entertainment space where fun, adrenaline, and customer experience take center stage. We seek a proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams and ensuring flawless operations in a high-turnover environment involving direct public interaction. Lead the local venue’s overall operations, guaranteeing a safe, well-organized, and enjoyable experience for every customer by coordinating teams and ensuring proper service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily venue operations and Laser Tag sessions. • Coordinate and lead the team (animators, operators, and customer service staff). • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines. • Deliver and supervise excellent customer service. • Organize and oversee event and birthday party execution. • Manage staff schedules, reservations, and customer flow. • Efficiently resolve operational incidents and customer complaints. • Supervise proper functioning of equipment (vests, laser guns, system). • Record, report, and follow up on incidents. • Ensure achievement of operational and commercial objectives. Requirements • Prior team leadership experience (mandatory). • Experience in entertainment, events, food & beverage, or service industries. • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented profile. • Excellent group management skills (children, teenagers, and adults). • Strong communication skills and customer orientation. • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments. • Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays. • Flexibility to adapt to event schedules.
