We are currently seeking professionals interested in being part of a major project with an important business partner.**Patient Support Program (PSP) Coordinator** ---------------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities:* Actively interact with various program *stakeholders* (patients, healthcare institutions, internal and external teams). * Execute and ensure compliance with mandatory program processes, guaranteeing correct service delivery. * Ensure compliance with program **management indicators (KPIs)**. * Coordinate and monitor training for program participants. * Manage and ensure compliance with **pharmacovigilance and quality** guidelines. * Operate and administer the **CRM** platform. * Conduct patient analysis, evaluation, and segmentation to support medication access. * Possess solid knowledge and handling of documentation required for **high\-cost medications**. * Develop and execute **action plans** aimed at optimizing medication access processes. ### **Requirements** * Graduate in **Social Work, Nursing, and/or health\-related disciplines**, with experience in **Patient Support Programs** and strong knowledge of the **Argentine healthcare system**, especially regarding high\-cost medication access processes. * Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with diverse profiles. * CRM experience is desirable. * Proven experience in **Patient Support Programs**, including **team leadership or coordination** (mandatory requirement). * In-depth knowledge of the **Argentine healthcare system**, including social health insurance providers (obras sociales), private health insurers (prepagas), PAMI, and high\-cost treatment access processes. \#LI\-CES IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
