Job Summary: Strategic liaison between field operations and the Operations Management, ensuring security policies and protection of assets. Key Highlights: 1. Team coordination and direct supervision of personnel. 2. Real-time monitoring and reporting of operations. 3. Management of authorizations and special logistics. The Challenge You will serve as the strategic liaison between field operations and the Operations Management, ensuring compliance with security policies and protection of our clients' assets. Key Responsibilities Team Management: Coordination of shifts, days off, vacations, and direct supervision. Technological Operations: Real-time monitoring and reporting via the Vigicontrol platform. Document Control: Management of authorizations and interdepartmental procedures. Training: On-the-job retraining of security guards. Special Logistics: Transportation of weapons and equipment in accordance with regulations. Desired Profile Education: Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Public Security or related fields (NOT mandatory) / Retired personnel from Armed Forces (NOT mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. Digital Skills: Proficient use of Excel and Word (Mandatory). Documentation: Updated criminal record certificate, secondary school transcript, and discharge documentation. Technical Requirements: Valid driver's license, CLU, and valid firearms carry permit (preferred). Availability: Rotating shifts.
