




Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend Technical Leader with experience in Java, microservices, and Azure for a hands-on role, serving as the team's technical reference and advocate for best practices. Promotion of best practices and DevOps culture Description: ADN – Human Resources is looking for a Backend Technical Leader (Java / Microservices / Azure) / Remote / 2 Positions for a major company. Requirements: -Proven experience as a Technical Leader / Technical Reference. -Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot. -Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures. -Experience with messaging systems, preferably Azure Service Bus. -Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices. -Experience or familiarity with .NET (C#) and openness to working with Dynamics-related technologies (X++). Desirable Knowledge: -Experience in ERP migration or implementation projects. -Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or SAP. -Basic frontend knowledge (e.g., Angular). Responsibilities: -Act as the technical reference for the assigned team (no direct reporting line). -Execute and ensure correct implementation of the microservices- and event-based architecture. -Actively participate in development (hands-on role). -Coordinate technically with the ERP (Dynamics) implementation consultant. -Interact with business areas to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. -Ensure integration between legacy systems and new platforms. -Promote development best practices, quality standards, and DevOps culture.
