Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks on facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and repair basic facilities: electricity, plumbing, lighting. 2. Perform preventive maintenance and monitor building equipment. 3. Ensure building safety and keep records of tasks. Inspect and maintain basic facilities: electricity, plumbing (as permitted), lighting, restrooms. Perform minor repairs: lamp replacements, leak repairs, lock repairs, door and window maintenance. Monitor and maintain building equipment: electrical panels, air conditioning, heating systems. Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid future failures. Identify issues and report them or coordinate with specialized external service providers when repairs require external support. Ensure building safety: fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, emergency exits, signage. Keep records of completed tasks and building requirements, and operate welding equipment. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Minimum 2–3 years’ prior experience in building maintenance. Completed technical secondary education (mandatory). Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning. Own transportation (mandatory). Willingness to travel and conduct maintenance across the company’s various branches in the West Zone (Moreno). WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
