Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment **Ecolab** is seeking a **Logistics Analyst I** to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will be based in our Buenos Aires office and will support key logistics and financial operations for the North America Nalco Private Fleet team. The Logistics Analyst I will be responsible for executing day\-to\-day operational activities related to accounts payable, purchase order management, vendor administration, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment while collaborating with cross\-functional teams. **What You Will Do** * Support North America Nalco private fleet accounts payable * Create purchase orders * Process invoices and verify accuracy * Create new vendor setups * Monitor monthly spend to accurately forecast the following months spend * Run monthly reports and work with finance to allocate funds * Investigate past due invoice status as needed **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Shared Services, or a related field. * Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. **Nuestro compromiso con una cultura de inclusión y pertenencia** Ecolab está comprometido con el trato justo e igualitario de todas las personas colaboradoras y postulantes, y con la promoción de los principios de igualdad de oportunidades en el empleo.
