Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to implement and optimize global manufacturing processes at the Pacheco Plant, leading continuous improvements and applying Lean Manufacturing. Job ID 62651 Category Manufacturing Location Buenos Aires, Argentina Work Type Hybrid Here’s what the person in this role will do: * Implement at the plant the **globally defined manufacturing processes** for new model production (e.g., Hybrid Ranger), adapting them to the specific characteristics of the Pacheco Plant. * Analyze **process differences** between current models and new launches, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. * Diagnose and resolve **internal and external quality issues**, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Implement **process improvements** to optimize line efficiency, quality, and performance. * Lead initiatives in **continuous improvement, innovation, and waste reduction**. * Apply **Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma** tools for process analysis and redesign. * Analyze production data using business intelligence and analytics tools to support **data-driven decision-making**. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with local and international teams, primarily with **Australia, Thailand, and South Africa**. ??‍??
