





**Main Responsibilities:** Lead the commercial strategy and execution, driving profitable business growth. Responsible for leading the national APM team for Implanon and the commercial dynamics of the established brands business (cardiology, pain, contraception: Nuvaring, Cerazette). Design the strategy to strengthen the fertility business. Develop business with our commercial partners in Bolivia, Uruguay, and Paraguay. **Responsibilities:** Lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Established Brands Business Unit: Cardiology and pain, contraceptives such as Nuvaring and Cerazette. Lead and maximize the Fertility business. Enhance the commercial strategy with our business partners for the markets of Bolivia, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve expected sales and growth, lead internal sales team activities, manage and drive local marketing campaigns. Lead the nationwide APM sales team, ensuring reach in institutions and pharmacies. Responsible for the BackOffice process, ensuring administrative, collections, and billing efficiency in collaboration with Globalfarm. Manage customer registrations and tender documentation. Strengthen the distribution channel (vaccination centers, pharmacies, distributors, and pharmacy chains). Ensure the development of continuous medical education programs in coordination with the medical department for Implanon (CTP).
