




Position Summary: Noatum, a leader in maritime and logistics services, is seeking a Logistics Analyst for its office in Peru, responsible for operational control, order tracking, and billing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the smooth daily operation of logistics activities. 2. Track service orders and generate invoicing/settlements. 3. We are currently seeking to hire a Logistics Analyst for our office in Peru: Main Responsibilities: * Ensure the smooth daily operation of logistics activities across the entire supply chain, in accordance with the contracted service. * Track service orders issued by clients and generate corresponding settlements/invoicing, including the entry of costs into our information systems. * Record and maintain up-to-date operational information in our systems to monitor delivery and overall service compliance. * Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to export and import coordinators for customs clearance breakdowns, thereby avoiding penalties related to this matter. * Perform field duties, including supervision at ports and warehouses. * Interact professionally with clients. * Deliver services according to specific functions agreed upon between the client and the Company. * Report new business opportunities to the Operations Management team.
