We are looking for an **IT Coordinator** to join the Technology team, delivering cross-functional technical support to Prosegur’s Legal, Risk, and Foundation areas. **Primary Position Objective:** Responsible for coordinating and technically executing IT and evolutionary projects for platforms supporting various business units, actively participating in technical definitions, architecture, and continuous improvements. This is a technical profile with direct involvement in solution development and evolution. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a solid technical background who wish to assume a cross-business role with direct impact on the company’s technological evolution. **Your main challenges will be:** * Coordinate the technical execution of projects and evolutionary initiatives for Legal, Risk, and Foundation platforms, ensuring scope, quality, and timeline compliance. * Actively participate in architecture definitions, solution and process re-engineering, and cloud migration processes (Azure and/or Google Cloud). * Serve as the technical reference point for development and enhancements, ensuring code quality standards and best practices. * Supervise deliverables from vendors and internal teams from a technical perspective, validating solutions and mitigating risks. * Drive DevOps practices, automation, and improvements in integration and deployment processes (CI/CD). * Ensure up-to-date technical documentation and proper versioning of technological assets. * Act as escalation point for complex technical incidents, coordinating with specialists when necessary. .**Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 5–7 years of experience in technical roles such as software development, architecture, or engineering. * Advanced knowledge of Java and Angular. * Knowledge of scalable and secure architecture design, microservices, APIs, and design patterns. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the software development lifecycle. * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. * Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL and Oracle). * Preferred: Experience in multinational environments and cloud migration projects (Azure or Google Cloud). **Employment Modality:** Hybrid work model, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs, Florida Oeste, Vicente López. *We offer you the opportunity to join a company that develops programs to foster and attract talent; we work daily to deliver innovative security market solutions in collaboration with international teams.* *Additionally, you’ll enjoy significant benefits: family health insurance, paid time-off days, discounts at universities and language centers, Gympass, discounts on top electronics and consumer brands, travel services, and more.* *We want you to be part of Prosegur — join our team!*
